Extra-Curricular and Clubs
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing children with the best possible education, we are proud to provide them with a range of extra-curricular activities including trips, visitors and clubs. We also host holiday activity clubs that are open to the community beyond Pennington Infant School.
After-School Sports Clubs
We are delighted to be able to offer a range of after-school clubs four days a week run by the lovely team at Superstar Sports. Clubs are one hour long starting at 3:15pm - 4:15pm with a cost of just £1 per child, per club, per week (payable via scopay once your child's place has been confirmed). Collection from all our after-school sports clubs is from the school office.
Monday - Multi-Sports
Tuesday - Gymnastics
Wednesday - Dance & Drama
Thursday - Football
The children love participating in these clubs and are always enthusiastic about the sessions. We celebrate success as part of our Friday Celebration Assembly and the children have opportunities to participate in inter-school competitions as part of the Priestlands Sports Partnership.

Year Two Summer Term Swimming
As part of our PE curriculum, our Year 2 children are invited to attend a six week swimming block at Lymington Leisure Centre, based on the Priestlands Campus. This is offered at a reasonable rate with parents able to opt in or out of the sessions. Each week the children work on their water confidence and swimming technique in tailored activities based on their ability.
